TRAINING PLAN

We prepare a monthly training plan taking into account the specific requirements of this test that can be used as a basis in its preparation.

 

BASIC PLAN:

Join the GFNY Team for training plans and be assisted by experts, in the perfect way of teaching you how to monitor your performance and build a structure for your workout week. You will join a monthly training schedule with daily exercises and full explanations on how to perform each exercise. The Basic Plan comes with all detailed instructions. INTERMEDIATE PLAN:

The Competitive program is intended for athletes who have experience with structured training and who seek to achieve their best on the day of the race. After a comprehensive consultation, we will create a customized program that is based on your physical fitness and personal goals. Updates to the plan are made at every two weeks after a detailed review of previous years. The contact with your coach will be broad, with 1 voice contact and 1 weekly email. We will work with you to help you achieve your best performance.

ADVANCED PLAN:

With wide communication including 2 voice contacts and 2 emails per month, progress can be tracked and your program adjusted to keep you in control.
